What you can do

Message the bot in a direct message, mention it in a channel, or use the /hiring command. It holds the conversation, so you can go back and forth.

• Ask — “what jobs are open?”, “who's stuck in the Data Analyst pipeline?”, “how did this candidate score?”
• Do — “move Maya to onsite”, “send the assessment”, “create a role like this posting: [link]”. Paste a job link and it reads the page and drafts from it.
• Get notified — it DMs you when an offer needs your approval.

Connect it

An admin connects the workspace once, from Settings → Slack (or the prompt on the home page). That runs a standard Slack install and binds the workspace to your company. Each person then links their own account from the same place, so the bot always acts as the individual, never a shared identity. You can pause your own notifications or disconnect the workspace from there at any time.

Reading is free, writing is reversible

Reads never change anything. When you ask for a change, it makes it and confirms in one line with an Undo button on stage moves, so a wrong turn is one click back. Every action runs under your scoped permissions and is recorded in Settings → Recent activity, tagged Slack so you can see exactly what came from where.

Notifications

When an offer is waiting on your approval, the bot sends you a direct message with a link, in addition to the email. Notifications go only to people who have linked their account, and each person can pause their own from Settings → Slack.
