Using HiringOrchestrator

Analytics

See how a role or your whole portfolio is moving, from an agent or in the app. The numbers describe what happened; they never tell you who to hire.

From an agent

get_hiring_analytics is a read command that returns the metrics behind the pipeline: the funnel from applied to scored, score distribution, per-domain strength against the role’s expected weights, and seniority mix. Ask your agent for “the analytics for this role” and it pulls them inline.

The Insights view

In the app, the Insights destination pivots two ways: role performance (one role at a time) and candidate performance (across every open role). It reads the same numbers the command returns.

  • The full funnel: applied, invited, viewed, started, submitted, scored.
  • Composite-score distribution and per-domain pool means against expected weights.
  • Seniority mix and, across roles, average composite by role.

Analytics is observability and education, never a recommendation. Every cut is by merit (score, domain, seniority, funnel stage), never by a demographic or protected axis, and comparisons are relative to the role’s own expected weights or your own portfolio, never a cross-customer benchmark. The same posture as everything else, see Concepts.
